Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and safety.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
• Demonstrated success building collaborative relationships with supervisors, managers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with front-line leaders to strengthen employee relations, engagement, morale, and culture.
• Serve as the primary HR resource for manufacturing employees and operations leadership on coaching, conduct, policy interpretation, and investigations.
• Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in retention, engagement, and effectiveness.
• Oversee recruiting activities and pre-employment assessments; partner with staffing agencies for production hiring; ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development and HR SMEs to deliver programs that support growth and performance.
• Provide HR policy guidance and ensure compliance with regulations to reduce risk.
• Support employee communications and safety initiatives with input from Safety team.
