• Bachelor's Degree preferred with a min of 7+ years of HR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate business processes and changes in HR systems (Workday, VantagePoint).
• Provide first-level employee relations support to leaders and staff.
• Guide leave of absence processes and coordinate with Benefits Team.
• Support onboarding, performance reviews, coaching, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
