Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support our dynamic team. The HRBP will partner with program leadership to develop HR programs, coach and consult, and deliver on performance, talent, compensation, and compliance initiatives.

The successful candidate will influence at all levels, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and support change management while ensuring strong ethics and customer service to internal clients.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in coaching, partnering, and influencing with all levels of management
• Ability to build and leverage enduring relationships
• Experience conducting investigations and validating conclusions
• Experience leading a workforce through a changing environment
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Strong MS Office and HR reporting skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Coach and consult with leadership to develop HR programs aligned to business objectives
• Identify opportunities for HR to engage with management and demonstrate HR value
• Deliver on HR programs such as Performance Management, Talent Management, and Compliance
• Support change management activities and maintain customer satisfaction levels
• Collaborate with COEs and other functions to support client base
