Leidos is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to support our dynamic team. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will collaborate with program leadership to develop HR strategies aligned to business objectives and manage HR programs including Performance, Talent, and Compensation.

The candidate will coach leaders, conduct analyses, manage investigations, and work in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree with 4+ years’ experience and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, partnering, and influencing with all levels of management.
• Ability to build and leverage enduring relationships.
• Experience leading HR programs (Performance, Talent, Compensation) and change initiatives.
