Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support the Legal Function. Based at the Reston, Virginia headquarters with up to 50% remote work, the HRBP partners with Legal Function leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development.

The role requires broad HR expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels. Travel as needed may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 4+ years of relevant HR experience, or a Master's with 2+ years.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Broad HR expertise with consultative, business-facing mindset.
• Experience partnering with management from frontline to senior level.
• Willingness to travel and support a geographically dispersed workforce.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders and employees in the Legal Function.
• Develop partnerships to address organizational and workforce needs.
• Deliver HR solutions across organizational design, change, and talent development.
• Coach leaders on performance, engagement, and accountability.
• Partner on compensation, recognition, and total rewards programs.
• Support talent acquisition, workforce planning, and engagement initiatives.
