This role blends strategic partnership with hands-on execution across employee relations, performance management, talent planning, engagement, and compliance.

The HRBP will collaborate with the broader HR team, use workforce data, and support organizational change while reinforcing vRad values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR generalist/BP experience.
• Experience partnering with leaders and driving HR programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate priorities into HR solutions.
• Coach on performance mgmt, succession, and development.
• Lead workforce planning, investigations, and policy guidance.
