Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
• Proven HR leadership in multi‑unit, high‑volume retail or service environments.
• Experience with full recruitment lifecycle and HRIS tools.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, compliance, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR Business Partner for the Southern Region.
• Provide hands-on HR support with physical and virtual presence in boutiques.
• Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and recommend employment actions.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and maintain job descriptions.
• Manage HR headcount budget and organizational charts.
