Brookdale is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team. You will work with Regional and District leaders to support communities across the HR life-cycle and anticipate HR needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field required.
• Minimum five years’ experience as a Human Resources Generalist; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align business objectives with associates and management for communities within an assigned region.
• Consult management on human resource-related issues and act as a culture driver.
• Develop integrated HR solutions with Centers of Expertise and leadership.
• Advise leadership on hiring decisions, compensation, benefits, and safety matters.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
