Läderach in the United States is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to align HR objectives with business strategy across multiple states. You will report to the North America HR Director and support a remote-enabled, multi-unit retail environment with regular travel to store locations.

You will lead workforce planning, compliance, employee relations, onboarding, and HR analytics, partnering with store managers and Talent Acquisition to attract and retain talent.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
