Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an HR leader to partner with managers and client teams across locations, ensuring compliant, proactive employee relations and lifecycle support. The role emphasizes government contracting exposure, tribal partnerships preferred, and remote collaboration.

The ideal candidate brings deep HRBP experience, strong advisory skills, and the ability to navigate complex employment laws while delivering consistent HR services and change management in a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR generalist, HRBP, client service or HR consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field; SHRM-CP/PHR preferred.
• Experience with government contracting, including Service Contract Act and Davis-Bacon Act.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and remote or distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance.
• Ability to advise leaders, balance employee advocacy with organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to managers, employees and client leaders across locations and accounts.
• Advise on performance, policy interpretation, investigations, and resolutions.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, leave, benefits, and employee support.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and contracting rules.
• Partner with payroll, benefits, TA and HR to deliver services.
• Develop and communicate HR policies and change management.
