Job summary

Strategic Growth Partners is recruiting an HR professional to serve as a trusted partner to managers, employees, and clients across locations. The role focuses on delivering strategic HR support while ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in HR generalist or HRBP roles and holds SHRM-CP or PHR certification. Knowledge of Service Contract Act and Davis Bacon Act is required; experience supporting tribal nations is a plus.
