Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Solid HR generalist or HRBP experience supporting a variety of leaders.
• Experience working with frontline managers and senior management.
• Strong knowledge of performance management and employee relations.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR consultation and tactical support to managers and senior leaders.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, staffing, and benefits.
• Coach managers through performance concerns and sensitive workplace issues.
• Partner with leaders to understand operational needs and HR solutions.
• Support talent reviews and related talent-management activities.
• Coordinate with People Analytics and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain thorough documentation of HR activities and open matters.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure continuity before, during, and after the leave.
