Job summary

Flex HR, a fast-growing HR outsourcing company near Atlanta with a Chicago sublocation, seeks an HR Manager / Business Development Manager. The role splits 50/50 between HR management for a portfolio of clients and leading the inbound sales process to grow the client base.

You will onboard new hires, manage benefits, ensure compliance, and coach client managers, while also handling discovery calls, proposals, and HubSpot pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR management and multi-client consulting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• CRM experience, preferably HubSpot or similar
• Familiarity with payroll and HRIS platforms

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner for Flex HR clients with daily HR support and compliance guidance
• Manage end-to-end onboarding, benefits, and employee relations
• Lead business development: inbound leads, discovery calls, proposals, and deal closure
• Coordinate with delivery teams for client hand-offs and ongoing support
