Job summary

The Arizona Lottery Commission is seeking an HR Analyst Intermediate. This role reports to the HR Manager and performs professional level HR work in classification, compensation, recruitment, policy compliance, and operational improvements.

The position conducts job audits, manages full-cycle talent acquisition, and leverages AZ360 to perform data audits and HR metrics. Remote work within Arizona may be available based on department needs and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or closely related field with two years experience as an HR Analyst or equivalent.
• Knowledge of state and Federal laws and ADOA personnel rules.
• Experience in classification, compensation, recruitment and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate classification and compensation requests for internal equity and pay alignment.
• Assist in communicating and maintaining HR policies; prepare HR surveys and reports.
• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition including postings, screening and interviews.
• Troubleshoot HR systems and coordinate improvements for operations.
• Serve as a resource for divisions on recruitment, classification and HR best practices.
