Pretture is hiring a proactive HR & Admin Executive to own people operations and administrative processes in a growing fashion-tech SaaS startup. The role is remote, full-time, with responsibilities spanning recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee engagement across a distributed team.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, independent, and able to drive processes in a lean environment while collaborating with founders to implement people policies and improve the employee

Formación

• 12 years of experience in HR, recruitment, HR operations, or administration.
• Experience in a startup, SaaS, or B2B company is preferred.
• Experience working with fashion-tech companies will be a strong advantage.
• Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a lean team.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and follows through on tasks.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, HR trackers, and recruitment platforms.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and offers.
• HR Operations & Employee Management: Onboard employees, manage documentation, attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and employee records.
• Employee Engagement & Culture: Plan virtual meetings, engagement activities, and foster a positive remote culture.
• Administration & Operations: Handle day-to-day admin, vendor coordination, records, and travel arrangements.
• Process Building & Founder Support: Build practical HR processes, provide regular updates, and work with founders to anticipate needs.
