We are seeking an HR operations generalist to own payroll, benefits, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes while supporting performance reviews, surveys, and compensation cycles across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR operations or generalist roles, ideally at a SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with PEO/HRIS like JustWorks and ATS like Greenhouse.
• Strong judgment, organization, and a service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll, benefits, and employee records with accuracy and care.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and offboarding end-to-end.
• Support performance reviews, surveys, and compensation cycles.
