Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years of professional experience with a BA/BS in CS or equivalent (7+ years total with no degree).
• Security clearance TS (TS/SCI preferred).
• On-site availability for rotational, after-hours, and weekend on-call schedules.

Responsibilities

• Report daily and onsite at the customer location.
• Monitor and maintain health of HPC systems: compute, network, storage.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues.
• Perform daily hardware diagnostics and repairs.
• Create, track, and close support cases per SLA; return parts per policy.
• Maintain availability reports for SLAs.
• Maintain on-call schedule for 24x7x2/4 coverage.
• Assist with new system installations and testing with customers.
• Collaborate as a team and maintain relationships with customers.
• Maintain onsite parts inventory; occasional travel for training.
• Mentor junior team members in issue and case management.
