Job summary

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking an experienced Hourly Recruiter to remotely support one of our global aerospace clients. This is a long-term temporary role with a minimum of 1 year, with potential extension up to 5 years depending on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of high-volume recruitment experience for hourly production or manufacturing positions.
• Must be able to go onsite to East Hartford, CT at least once per month.
• High School diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle recruitment for permanent hourly production/light industrial roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies, prescreen candidates, submit resumes, participate in interviews, and coordinate interview logistics.
• Manage candidate review and selection to maintain timely progress.
• Represent the company at onsite job fairs and other hiring events as needed.
