Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist for Manufacturing to manage full-cycle, high-volume hiring for our customer in New York. The role is a 3+ month contract with remote work in the U.S.

The candidate will partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to recruit for manufacturing roles across technical and leadership levels. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding support, and developing strategies while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience.
• Manufacturing recruiting experience required.
• Experience hiring across technical and leadership levels.
• Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms.
• ATS and Microsoft Office experience; excellent communication skills.

3+month contract | Remote (U.S.) | $24-25/hour | Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. ET

Must be U.S.-based and able to work Eastern Time hours.
