Accommodations Plus International (API) is seeking a full-time Procurement Specialist – Hotel Sourcing to manage hotel and ground transport procurement for clients. This remote role focuses on sourcing hotels, collecting market data, negotiating terms, and tracking financial data to support airline partners.

Candidates should be fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus. You will use JET for RFPs, Salesforce for data, and Microsoft and Adobe tools for presentations.

• Fluency in English required.
• Spanish or French language skills a plus.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask under deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Source hotels and collect market data for clients in key destinations.
• Manage RFP/RFI process through API’s JET platform to secure rates and terms.
• Research hotel options and track data in Salesforce.
• Analyze market trends to secure best scenarios for airlines and hotel partners.
• Create destination presentations using Microsoft Office and Adobe to meet revenue goals.
