The Accommodations Procurement Specialist plays a key role in sourcing and managing hotel and ground transportation partnerships that support our airline, rail and cruise line clients. This role is responsible for supporting the procurement process , while also actively pursuing new business opportunities , ensuring the industry-standard commission is maintained, and fostering strong relationships with hotel and ground suppliers. Success in this role requires a mix of negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and relationship management in a client-focused, fast-paced environment.
Minimal travel is expected; occasional domestic or international travel for supplier meetings or site inspections may be required.
Full-time, Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. Occasional overtime may be required.
Hybrid: Minimum of 3 days per week in the Melville, NY office following initial in-office training.
The good faith compensation rate for this position is $26.00 per hour. Plus, annual discretionary bonus.
