B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to drive business development across our portfolio. This remote role requires travel to engage with property teams, solicit accounts, and lead sales initiatives to meet revenue goals.

You will manage accounts, generate new business, and mentor sales staff while collaborating with revenue management and hotel operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Five years minimum Hotels Sales experience with Hilton, Marriott or Hyatt.
• 3 Years of Sales Leadership Experience.
• Willingness to Travel.
• Strong Sales and F&B experience.
• Proficiency in Revenue Management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains a comprehensive business plan defining hotel sales objectives and revenue goals.
• Solicits transient, group, and extended stay group demand to meet revenue opportunities.
• Forecasts and mentors team members; leads with CRM, Delphi and market intelligence tools.
• Ensures guest satisfaction by aligning sales with hotel operations and guest services.
• Uses sales tools and data to forecast, report, and optimize revenue.
