B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced hotel Sales Manager for a remote role with travel to meet on-property teams. You will spearhead sales efforts, manage accounts, and mentor team members across the hotel's portfolio to meet revenue objectives.

The role emphasizes leadership, client relationships, and collaboration with revenue management. A strong track record in hospitality sales and guest service excellence is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office suite and common hotel sales systems.
• Experience with Delphi FDC, STS or similar sales tools preferred.
• Minimum five years in hotel sales and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Manages budgets, costs, and profitability for the sales function.
• Leads and mentors sales staff and coordinates cross‑departmentally.
• Ensures guest satisfaction through effective service delivery.
• Uses revenue management insights to optimize pricing and distribution.
• Trains staff and maintains training records.
• Maintains safety, risk management, and SOP adherence.
• Balances workload and communicates clearly across teams.
