RemoteFetch is seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to assist clients with hotel and resort planning, reservation support, and accommodation questions. You will research properties, review options, and organize reservation details from inquiry to confirmed arrangements.

This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, training, and access to booking tools to help you deliver personalized service to clients planning their getaways.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is helpful but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Able to research and compare information online.
• Willing to learn new reservation platforms and systems.
• Capable of managing multiple requests independently.
• Must be 18 years or older and have reliable computer and internet access.
• Experience in reservations or travel industry is a plus.
• Remote work readiness and self-discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with hotel and resort research based on preferences, dates, and budget.
• Review accommodations, features, and reservation options.
• Support clients with booking and confirmation details.
• Communicate reservation information and updates clearly.
• Handle questions, modifications, and other reservation needs.
• Research property locations, amenities, and services.
