Job summary

RemoteFetch is seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to assist clients with hotel and resort planning, reservation support, and accommodation-related questions. You will research suitable properties, review options, and organize reservation details from initial inquiry through confirmed arrangements.

You will work remotely in a flexible schedule, receiving training and ongoing educational resources, with access to booking tools and destination resources to support clients throughout

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to research and compare information online.
• Comfortable learning new reservation platforms and systems.
• Ability to manage multiple requests independently.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality helpful but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable computer and internet access.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with hotel and resort research based on preferences, dates, and budget.
