Meitheal Pharmaceuticals seeks a Key Account Manager to drive hospital sales for a new IV antibiotic in a defined U.S. territory.

You will educate formulary decision-makers and healthcare professionals about clinical advantages and secure formulary adoption in institutional settings. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in pharmaceutical sales, with antibiotic account management or clinical background, and strong CRM and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, hospital setting preferred.
• Antibiotic account management experience is strongly preferred, or clinical background.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales in designated hospital territory to meet or exceed goals.
• Educate formulary decision-makers, pharmacists, and clinicians about product benefits and indications.
• Develop and execute territory and business plans to expand product usage and customer base.
• Identify business opportunities and present value propositions aligned to customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure formulary access and uptake.
