Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong sourcing techniques and recruiting tools.
• Experience with ATS and data reporting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from posting to offer, including sourcing and interviewing.
• Build relationships with leadership, hiring managers, and candidates to understand staffing needs.
• Monitor ATS data, provide reporting, and respond quickly to inquiries.
• Develop talent pipelines via proactive sourcing and networking.
• Promote employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Provide guidance on recruitment processes and best practices.
