Position Overview
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking experienced Clinical Recruiters to support high-volume hiring across Home Health and Hospice environments. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for recruiting professionals who thrive in fast-paced settings and have a strong track record of sourcing, engaging, and placing clinical talent.
This role will focus on recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs), Aides, and other clinical professionals, requiring a proactive, high-energy approach to sourcing, outbound engagement, and full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate brings urgency, persistence, and ownership of requisitions while delivering a best-in‑class candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Full‑Cycle Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles including RNs, Aides, and other healthcare professionals
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and prioritize requisitions
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer processes
- Build and maintain strong pipelines using job boards, social media, networking, and industry channels
- Conduct high-volume outbound recruiting activity, including phone outreach and passive candidate engagement
- Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms
Screening & Candidate Evaluation
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screens and structured, competency-based interviews
- Evaluate clinical experience, qualifications, and cultural fit
Process Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on pipeline activity and hiring progress
- Ensure compliance with recruiting best practices and organizational standards
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Build strong relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding coordination to ensure smooth candidate integration
- Contribute to process improvements and recruiting initiatives
- Support additional recruiting or HR-related projects as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in clinical or healthcare recruiting
- Experience recruiting within home health and/or hospice environments strongly preferred
- Proven experience recruiting for RN and Aide roles
- Strong sourcing experience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting tools
- Comfortable with high-volume recruiting and outbound candidate engagement
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (iCIMS preferred)
- Strong interviewing skills, including behavioral and competency-based techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
