Allstate Northern Ireland Limited is seeking an experienced Inside Property Adjuster (Homeowners) for a fully remote position servicing the Northeastern United States. You will investigate complex homeowners claims, determine coverage and damages, and negotiate within authority while guiding junior staff.

The role requires deep knowledge of residential construction, insurance policies, and advanced case management.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience at Adjuster II level or rotation into specialty areas (Coverage, Investigation, Litigation, Large Loss).
• Strong knowledge of homeowners policies and insurance industry practices.
• Eastern or Central time zone availability and ability to work remotely for Northeastern territory.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for the most complex Homeowners claims.
• Determine coverage and damages; adjust and negotiate within authority.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and lead case management.
• Identify subrogation or fraud potential and coordinate with related teams.
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and internal stakeholders.
