Job summary

Allstate Insurance Company in Cincinnati is seeking a Coordinated Property Adjuster to manage escalated claims involving complex contents damage. You will investigate coverage, write accurate estimates, and negotiate settlements while supporting customers with empathy throughout a fast, fair process.

You will work with on-site vendors and other adjusters, leveraging data to influence decisions, with training and coaching provided to develop your career in claims.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Residency in the Cincinnati/Dayton, OH area.
• 3+ years of property claims experience preferred.
• Experience using Xactimate for complex contents estimating.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated claims involving complex contents damage.
• Conduct thorough coverage investigations and verify policy application.
• Use video tech with onsite vendors to write contents damage estimates.
• Communicate empathetically with customers through the claim process.
• Negotiate settlements in line with company methodologies.
• Coordinate with structure and ALE adjusters for holistic handling.
• Use data/analytics to inform decisions.
• Receive training and ongoing coaching if offered.
