Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous customer service experience.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders remotely.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in an office and virtual work environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient claim resolutions.
• Previous industry experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to policyholders by virtually inspecting damages and settling claims.
• Interact with customers, contractors, and vendors through software platforms such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration.
• Communicate via phone, email, and text messages to keep claim progress updates.
• Investigate property claims and determine coverage.
• Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, third party carriers and claimants.
• Document all work timely and accurately in the claims system.
