Job summary

National General is seeking an Inside Property Adjuster to join our Claims team. This fully remote role allows occasional in-person inspections to evaluate homeowner property claims, with prior experience in residential homeowner claims and proficiency in Xactimate and XactAnalysis strongly preferred.

You will investigate and confirm facts of loss, determine coverage and damages, and negotiate claims within the authority, while working independently and prioritizing responsibilities.

Qualifications

Experience handling residential homeowner claims.
Proficiency in Xactimate and XactAnalysis.

Responsibilities

Investigate and confirm facts of loss for Homeowners Claims.
Determine coverage and damages, adjust and negotiate claims within authority.
Work independently, prioritizing own responsibilities.
Support subrogation/fraud assessments where applicable.
Identify construction/repair components relevant to claims.
