You will audit and create comprehensive estimates for first party homeowner losses in Illinois. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients and partners, using Xactimate for estimates, and ensuring regulatory compliance while selecting best settlement

Qualifications

• Demonstrates deep understanding of policy types written by the company.
• Exhibits strong estimating fundamentals to create or audit damages on complex homeowner losses.
• Builds relationships with internal and external customers across multiple lines.
• Evaluates settlements by reviewing regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate settlements, make payments and document activities in complex files.
• Handle property claims including water-related and roof losses with high value and complexity.
• Prepare or audit comprehensive estimates of damages for first party homeowner claims.
