The position offers base compensation with a sign-on bonus related to licensing and a range of responsibilities across fraud, subrogation, and coverage determinations. Equipment and remote work support are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience handling residential homeowner claims, with proficiency in Xactimate and XactAnalysis.
• Experience in investigations related to homeowners claims, including coverage and subrogation processes.
• Strong negotiation and documentation skills for claims settlement.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for homeowners claims, determining coverage and damages within authority.
• Handle investigations across coverage, damages, and subrogation with independence.
• Identify key components of residential construction and repair to support claims decisions.
• Meet customer needs with professional service and clear communication.
• Demonstrate understanding of internal systems and technology used in claims processing.
• Learn to assess subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling.
