Job summary

StarkMHAR is seeking a Homeless Call Center Specialist for the Gov't Collaborative to conduct intakes and enrollments for the Stark County Homeless Navigation system over the phone, with occasional direct participant contact.

You will assist participants in gathering eligibility documents and entering information into HMIS/CES, upholding housing first, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care principles while protecting privacy and security. Remote-friendly team with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in phone or direct interviewing of individuals is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete intakes and enrollments for the Homeless Navigation system via phone.
• Occasionally interact directly with participants.
• Assist participants with gathering eligibility documentation and entering data into required systems.
• Ensure services reflect housing first, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care, with privacy and security compliance.
