Job summary

StarkMHAR seeks a Homeless Call Center Specialist to support the Stark County Homeless Navigation system through phone intakes and enrollments. You will assist participants with eligibility documentation and data entry in HMIS/CES, ensuring privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in communication, social work or other similar discipline, or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in phone or direct interviewing of individuals is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete intakes and enrollments for the Stark County Homeless Navigation system over the phone.
• Assist participants with gathering eligibility documentation and entering documentation into required data systems.
• Provide ongoing coverage of the Homeless Navigation hotline and support CES/HMIS workflows.
