Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Strong communication and computer skills are essential.
• Preferred: licensed home inspector in MD, DC, or VA.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence inspections on properties.
• Assess property conditions and specific repairs needed.
• Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties.
• Assist construction and settlement teams with field tasks.
• Inspect homes daily to ensure progress.
• Install or remove lockboxes and other marketing material.
• Deliver necessary equipment to houses.
