Successful contractors are sales-forward, comfortable talking shop, and able to maintain a friendly, professional demeanor. The schedule is flexible, with a 20+ hour/week target and a base rate with incentives for high productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales and outbound calling.
• Knowledge of home improvement/remodeling helpful.
• Ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
