Job summary

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Facility Licensure & Regulatory Compliance Analyst to oversee facility licensing, certification processes, and ongoing regulatory compliance. You will report to the Manager, Home Health Licensure & Regulatory Compliance.

Responsibilities include CMS regulation adherence, license applications, Medicaid/Medicare enrollment, and due diligence for relocations, with travel as needed for trainings and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, or related field; experience may substitute.
• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare compliance or licensing experience.
• Knowledge of CMS regulations and state licensing requirements.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with CMS and state/local regulations.
• Prepare and submit facility license applications and renewals.
• Oversee Medicaid and Medicare enrollment and renewals.
• Track licensure expirations and coordinate renewals.
• Build relationships with internal departments and external agencies.
• Research statutes/regulations and provide written findings.
• Support due diligence for healthcare acquisitions and relocations.
