Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in finance processing, preferably real estate lending.
• Experience analyzing personal and business tax returns and calculating variable income.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review loan documents to satisfy conditions including income, title and appraisal reports.
• Communicate with members daily to provide updates and set expectations.
• Educate members on Home Equity products and respond to inquiries.
• Use internal reports to maintain service levels and complete daily tasks.
• Collaborate with Home Equity and other teams as needed.
