FourLeaf Federal Credit Union in New York is seeking a Home Equity Processor to join the Home Equity team. You will assist members through the loan process, review income documents, titles, and appraisals, and provide updates with clear communication.

The role emphasizes service excellence, reliability, and a member-focused approach, with remote work options available. Spanish language ability is preferred and training is provided to navigate internal reports and daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience in finance processing, preferably real estate lending.
• Experience analyzing personal and business tax returns and calculating variable income.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Spanish language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review loan documents from members and third-party vendors to satisfy conditions (income, title, appraisal).
• Maintain daily communication with members to provide updates and set expectations.
• Educate members on Home Equity products and assist with inquiries.
• Use internal reports and dashboards to maintain service levels and complete daily tasks.
• Collaborate with Home Equity and other teams to ensure smooth processes.
• Participate in pipeline reviews with management to ensure targets are met.
• Provide coverage for co-workers to maintain member communication and processes.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management.
