Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a Home Equity Lending Specialist, expert in home equity products with strong underwriting and analytic skills. You will evaluate credit files and identify opportunities to restructure loans for optimal approval, while conducting outbound outreach to drive loan pull-through.

Schedule: 1 weekday off, 2 evenings, 2 mornings, and every Saturday. Benefits include comprehensive coverage, a 401(k) plan with employer match, wellness programs, and an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of lending experience in sales or tele-sales.
• Sales experience, team player, strong oral and written communication skills, time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner.
• Lending Certified.
• NMLS License.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound calling initiatives using the Five9 platform to engage members and drive campaigns.
• Perform in-depth assessments to identify member needs and tailor loan solutions.
• Manage the loan pipeline and monitor loans to ensure a smooth lending journey.
• Accurately complete all required fields in the Loan Operating System per SOP to ensure data integrity.
• Demonstrate advanced credit underwriting expertise to analyze reports and restructure loans for optimal outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC and CFPB requirements as applicable to the position.
