Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Home Equity Loan Processor to manage a high-volume mortgage workflow in a remote role within the United States. You will review applications, collect documents, calculate income, and deliver complete files to Underwriting while maintaining service levels and ensuring customer delight.

The role requires licensing, flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed, and strong communication to update customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer contact experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large pipeline of applications while meeting service level agreements.
• Responsible for thorough application review, collection, review and validation of all required documentation, including income calculation, following up with the customer within established timeframes and delivering a quality application to Underwriting.
• Serve as a primary point of contact, providing customers with timely and periodic status updates of their loan application, returning all inquiry calls within service level agreement.
• Make outbound phone calls to follow up on outstanding documents and provide updates on loan status.
• Document all communication and focus on customer delight through rapport and clear expectations.
