BrightStar Care Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking Registered Nurses to join our in-home care team serving Woburn, Concord, and surrounding communities. You will develop patient care plans, perform in-home assessments, and ensure compliance with state and federal home health regulations.

We offer flexible schedules, remote work options where appropriate, competitive pay ($50–$60/hour depending on experience), performance bonuses, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• CPR Certification required.
• 2–3 years of clinical home health/hospice/Skilled Nursing experience.
• IV infusion and wound care proficiency.
• Ability to generate and oversee care plans and collaborate with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and team.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee home health regulations documentation and reporting.
• Supervise and mentor nurses, aides, and caregivers.
• Provide guidance to ensure high‑quality patient care.
• Manage scheduling and staff coverage for home care cases.
