Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and team.
• In-home assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee home health nursing team including hiring and training.
• Provide guidance and supervise nurses and caregivers to ensure quality care.
