BrightStar Care Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage clinical operations for in-home care services. The role involves developing patient care plans, conducting home assessments, and ensuring compliance with home health regulations while leading a team of nurses and caregivers.

The position offers flexible hours, competitive hourly wages of $50–$60 base plus mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• CPR Certification.
• 2–3 years of home health, hospice, or skilled nursing experience.
• IV Infusion Therapy expertise.
• Wound care experience including NPWT/Wound VAC management.
• Sales & Business development mindset.
• Leadership & management skills.
• Care plan development.
• Quality assurance & risk management.
• Problem-solving & on-call readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure the highest level of patient care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.
