BrightStar Care Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our in-home care team. We offer part-time, per-diem, full-time, and flexible hours with competitive salaries and a range of benefits.

Join a leading home health provider dedicated to compassionate, high-quality patient care and opportunities for advancement. Qualified candidates will have an active RN license in MA, CPR certification, and 2–3 years’ home health or related experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• CPR certification required.
• 2–3 years home health, hospice, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• IV infusion therapy expertise required.
• Wound care including NPWT/Wound VAC management.
• Leadership and staff supervision/mentoring experience.
• Ability to develop and oversee care plans and ensure quality outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and risk management skills.
• Flexible with on-call duties and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations including documentation.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring and training.
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers for high-quality care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for cases.
