BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington and Woburn is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our dedicated home health team across Woburn, Concord, Waltham, Lincoln, Maynard, Lowell and surrounding areas. Provide in-home care, collaborate with physicians, and uphold high standards while delivering compassionate, patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of operation (Massachusetts).
• CPR certification required.
• Preferred: reliable car, driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Clinical experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing (2–3 years).
• IV infusion therapy expertise (medications, hydration, TPN).
• Wound care including NPWT/Wound VAC management.
• Sales & business development mindset to attract/retain clients and referrals.
• Leadership & management skills to supervise/train staff.
• Care plan development to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Quality assurance & risk management experience (auditing, incident reporting, compliance).
• Strong problem-solving/decision-making; handle staffing and operational issues quickly.
• Flexibility and availability; on-call and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and the care team.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee home health regulations, documentation, and reporting.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team (hiring/training/evaluating).
• Provide guidance/support to nurses and caregivers to ensure high-quality care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for cases.
