BrightStar Care Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our dedicated home health team across Woburn, Concord, and surrounding areas. We offer a competitive salary range of $50-60 per hour depending on experience and qualifications, with multiple positions including part-time, per-diem, and full-time options and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of operation.
• CPR certification required.
• Clinical experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing (2–3 years).
• IV infusion therapy and wound care experience.
• Sales or business development mindset to attract referral partners.
• Leadership and ability to supervise nurses and aides.
• Flexible, on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and healthcare team.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations including documentation.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring and training.
• Provide guidance to nurses and caregivers to ensure high-quality care.
• Manage scheduling and staff coverage for home care cases.
