FutureFit Home Modifications is seeking a Sales Representative for full-time remote work in the Springfield area. You will meet homeowners, assess mobility needs, and recommend accessibility remodeling solutions with a consultative, relationship-first approach.

Responsibilities include in-home consultations, preparing estimates, guiding customers from first visit to signed contracts, and building referral networks with healthcare professionals and community organizations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling construction or home improvement services.
• Comfort with a consultative, relationship-first sales approach.
• Strong communication skills and empathy when working with seniors, people with disabilities, and their families.
• Ability to read plans, take measurements, and discuss scope with customers.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing your own schedule and territory.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess accessibility needs and recommend solutions
• Sell projects such as ramps, barrier-free showers, walk-in bathtubs, accessible bathroom vanities, and accessible kitchens
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals and guide customers from first visit to signed contract
• Build relationships with referral sources such as healthcare professionals, discharge planners, community organizations, and the VA
• Follow up on leads promptly and manage your pipeline in our CRM
• Work with our production team to ensure a smooth hand-off and a great customer experience
